The Trips page will list the most recent 30 trips (Daily routes) you have taken. For each trip, there will be a trip rating, total number of events logged during the trip, start location and end location, total distance traveled during trip, and total duration of the trip.
Your Trip FICO® Safe Driving Score will reflect your score for each day’s route.
Daily route scores are calculated overnight and available for viewing the following day in the app.
Trip Detail page
To see more details about a trip, tap on the particular trip. Here you will be able to view a map of the trip route, along with the number of driving events that occurred during the trip. Tap on “Events Logged” and then on specific events to see where and when the event(s) occurred during your trip, down to the exact intersection!
Events logged during the Trip include fast Accelerations, severe Braking, harsh Cornering, Speeding, Phone Distraction, Reversing, Seatbelt violations and each time you turn the Engine Off. (Note: Idling, Reversing and Seatbelt Off events are excluded from FICO® Safe Driving Score.)
Sending Trip Feedback
If there are issues or concerns with a specific trip, drivers are invited to review their trip data and submit comments using the “Feedback” function. Tap on “Events Logged” and use the “Feedback” link under the map. Select a Feedback Category.
For all categories except “Other”, basic troubleshooting suggestions are provided to help you before having to submit a request for assistance. We have gathered the answers to the most frequent types of feedback we receive and hope this will help you more quickly. Of course, if you still have a question(s) after reviewing the troubleshooting recommendations, we want to hear from you through the Feedback form. Your feedback helps us to keep making Mentor better!
