No, your score will not be impacted if you do not interact with your delivery device while the vehicle is in motion.
Calls, emails, or texts that come in while driving will not count against your score as long as you do not respond to them. However, if you interact with your device to view/send a text/email, answer a phone call, listen to voice mail, make an outbound call, hold or move your device, swipe away notifications, these behaviors will be tracked as distraction events and counted against your score.
