Many times, when there is a missing trip, it is due to the app being closed at some point during the day.
If your device loses power and you must switch to a new device, be sure to log back into Mentor and complete a quick Pre-trip DVCR to reconnect to your Route in progress. It is not necessary to photograph already-reported damage, you can move swiftly through this secondary Pre-trip DVCR as it will not be captured for damage reporting.
TIP: To ensure you do not accidentally stop the application, make sure you are not swiping the app closed, logging out, or have an "app kill" setting on your phone that closes the app out after a certain amount of time.
