Within the Portal, click on USERS, click on the upload cloud in the top right corner, click the button to download the CSV file. Complete the required information from the list below. Once completed, upload the form and choose Submit to add Users.
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email address (this will be their username – they must be able to receive emails here in order to setup their password)
- Driver Station (under Group)
- Managed Station(s) (under Managed Group – ONLY IF USER IS TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE MANAGER PORTAL)
Find new User in the list and click SEND ACTIVATION EMAIL.
User will receive an email to setup their password, after which they can log into the Amazon DSP Mentor app and DSP Manager Portal, as applicable.
