Within the Portal, click USERS, click Add New User. Complete the required information as noted below:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email address (this will be their username – they must be able to receive emails here in order to setup their password)
- Driver Station (under Group)
- Managed Station(s) (under Managed Group – ONLY IF USER IS TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE MANAGER PORTAL)
- Phone number is optional
Choose the DRIVER Station for which the User will drive. Choose the MANAGER Station(s) that the User should have visibility and access to when logging into the DSP Manager Portal.
Click CREATE USER.
Find new User in the list and click SEND ACTIVATION EMAIL.
User will receive an email to setup their password, after which they can log into the Amazon DSP Mentor app and DSP Manager Portal, as applicable.
